Case presentation: 

The patient is a very pleasant woman with shoulder pain. She is 59. She has been smoking since her teenage years, approximately 40 pack years. Seven years ago, she had a painful kidney removed, and a tumor was found in the kidney which was not suspected before the operation Biopsy material is shown in the images. What is the appropriate surgical procedure?

Radiological findings:: 
The xray shows a very extensive destructive lesion that involves the entire proximal humerus, extending down past the surgical neck into the top of the shaft. There is a pathologic fracture as well.
